In the Online Challenge, wingsuit pilots can compare their flight performance independent from time and location in three different categories, each one stretching a different area of the flight envelope.

Common Criteria

Any wingsuit flight recorded with a GPS logger is eligible to participate.

Each flight will automatically be scored in a window of 3000-2000m in all three disciplines according to the Performance Event Rules like IPC Wingsuit Competition Records.

The absolute challenges score a flight for time and distance from exit to deployment like FAI/IPC Wingsuit Performance Records.

Time Challenge

Time

The goal of the time challenge is to fly your wingsuit with maximum lift and to achieve the longest flight time possible.

The longer you stay in the competition window, the better.

Results will be recorded in seconds (s).

Distance Challenge

Distance

The goal of the distance challenge is to fly your wingsuit with maximum glide (lift/drag) and to achieve the longest horizontal distance in a straight line.

The further you fly while in the competition window in a straight line, the better.

Results will be recorded in meters (m).

Speed Challenge

Speed

The goal of the speed challenge is to fly your wingsuit with minimum drag and to achieve the highest average horizontal speed in a straight line.

The further you fly in a straight line in the shortest time while in the competition window, the better.

Results will be recorded in meters/second (m/s).
